Read the whole review, it’s sounds bad but is most definitely GOOD!
I ordered two of these, unfortunately both came with same kunai (throwing knife on his belt) broken & missing. It’s a simple bits box fix, and otherwise it’s a lovely model. Well printed and not too much flash. But that’s only half the story, I ordered one of these at first, then got in touch with Ben intending to order a second, which he printed. By the time I got around to placing the order I’d changed my mind and got some other ninja rats instead. But Ben sent me both of these models anyway, plus the other stuff I’d ordered.
As soon as he discovered the slight damage, he immediately emailed (at almost midnight) and offered to send replacements. I refused as the fix was tiny, but he was willing to send me two more, I’d have got four, for the price of one, to correct a tiny fault.
Secondly, I didn’t receive a confirmation email when I placed the order. I know some companies do this as standard but it always irks me a little so I mentioned it in the review. Turns out I should have received one. I can’t find it anywhere but I’ve had swift clear responses to every communication with Sundred throughout, so I have no doubt it’s either technical gremlins or my fault.
The sculpts at beautiful, the prints are of very good quality with a sensible amount of flash and building to do. Their customer service though, is first class.
I will definitely use them again, and would recommend them all day long.
